This is the main bulk of work I did for Aim Technologies between 2020 and 2021. As well as doing videos, graphics and animations, the main task whilst at aim was to update all the product images on the website to new, sexy looking renders - this also involved remodelling, texturing, lighting and composing.
There are hundreds of images I did for Aim, so I've just selected and categorized my favorite ones for you so you don't have to go through all of the boring stuff!

There are 3 types of MX Dashes - the MXS, MXP and MXG. The one depicted here is the MXP. The only difference is their size and shape. Other than that they are virtually identical, so I decided to just show this one.
Plug and Pin Harnesses
I am actually very proud of these harness images. Even though it is quite a boring subject, it was a tough task and they are a big seller for Aim. They are essentially a plug and a group of cables with other plugs at the end. When looking at them in front of me, I was thinking 'how on earth am I going to model these?! Let alone make them look good'. So I initially doubted myself and was wondering how I am going to accomplish this task but I actually ended up really enjoying modelling them and it was nice turning something that looked horrendous into something much more appealing.
Yeah it was a lot of fun. It involved some hard surface modelling with a boolean workflow, then some clean up, bevelling and subdivision. Then a bit of sculpting, some shrinkwrapping for the bit which connects the plug to the cables. The cables were made as curves individually, then put them all tightly together and added a curve modifier to get them to all bend around the master curve which i could then twist into a more pleasing shape, which also showed of some of the colours and the cables.
See below some of the variations and a screenshot from blender to see how complex this little plug actually is. The plug alone is made up of 6 different objects/meshes and it's only about 5 cm wide!
