For this project I was asked to do some professional animations for Stanton Bikes YouTube channel with the purpose of gaining new growth on social media.
So I learned some new techniques and tried to do things I hadn't done before to make these videos really stand out. I wanted to keep the cog theme consistent throughout some of the videos whilst varying the style of each video to keep it interesting and diverse to styles or themes which best represent the subject of the videos.
This was my first proffessional use of 3D assets for a client. I used Element 3D inside After Effects to create a particle system of cogs, washers and other machine parts. I tried to use sound design to tie in with the animations, to make them feel more real and relatable.
See the videos below of the animations in use by Stanton Bikes. If you are in to mountain biking, give them a follow and check out there website!
