Hi, my name is Jon Gudmunsen, I'm a 32 year old motion designer & creative generalist from Cheshire.

My main skills include but are not limited to: 3D Modelling. 2D & 3D Animation. Product Visualisation, Architechtural Visualisation, VFX, Character Creation and Rigging, VFX, Photo & Video Editing, Photography & Videography, Physics Simulations (fluid, fire, smoke, soft/rigid body). Motion Graphics. Graphic Design, Motion Capture, Photogrammetry, Projection Mapping, Traditional Art, Digital Art and Music Production.
I've been making things since I can remember. I was always drawing, painting and doodling as a kid (and still do now). When I was about 9 years old I created a few levels of a 2D platform game and made my first piece of music on the computer. I also started skateboarding at 9 years old too. When I was in high scool I filmed, edited and starred in a skateboarding video of me and my friends. I also designed the cover art and got it printed on about 50 DVDs with a DVD sleeve and everything, to which I sold to my peers at school. I left High School with grade A* in Graphics and an A in Art. Sadly only a D in Media and E in Music but that didn't stop me from pursuing my passions.
I went on to do a BTEC National Diploma in Film Production at College at Merit / Distinction Level and started freelancing in 2017/2018. Nowadays I've worked with big clients like Charlotte Tilbury and Foot Asylum, huge pharmaceutical company Geistlich and got my 3D animations featured on Picadilly Circus massive 3D curved screen, as well as in Dubai and in Germany! My animations have been featured around the world and I don't plan on stopping any time soon!
In my spare time, when I'm not geeking out over new tech, software and gadgets, I enjoy skateboarding, making music & cooking. I like going outside. Occassionally I'll go hiking or camping. I've also just started to get into reading books about mindfullness, mindset and motivation. And when the weather is too cold and glum, I enjoy sitting inside, getting all cosy and watch films and play Xbox with my girlfriend and my cats :3
